• Home with up to 160 acres (more allowed on a case-by-case basis)
• Ag-Exempt Properties
• Consolidate land & construction loans
• Land value can exceed 30% of the appraised value (other lenders don’t allow this)
• Multiple parcels allowed (combine properties)
• Horse facility with indoor/outdoor arena & no limitation on horse stables
• Vineyard, Barndominiums with typical living quarters, log home & up to 3 homes allowed.
